Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods are Paypal or cheque. Cheques should be made payable to: sophiekerridge@yahoo.co.uk. Orders will be dispatched on receipt of cleared payment.
Cropping
Images may need to be cropped to match the shape and size of the selected print. Please be assured that this will not affect the content of the image.
Delivery
Orders will be dispatched first class within two working days. Suitable packaging will be chosen to protect your product. UK orders in excess of £30 value will automatically be sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery. Please ask if you have special requests for delivery so that I can oblige. N.B. I cannot accept responsibility for delays by Royal Mail!
Refund policy
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, I will offer a full refund on return of the item(s). Unfortunately, I cannot refund digital prints sent via email.
